Bilenky Cargo Bike Center Stand

Custom heavy duty center stand built for Alex of 20/20 Cycle, proud owner of a beautiful Bilenky cargo bike. This stand features spring retraction to a rattle-free rubber bumper and silver Hammerite powder coat.

Welded Front Rack

An old Raleigh Twenty folding bike onto which I brazed posts to support a heavy duty front rack. The rack is held on by quick-release skewers to maintain foldability of the bike. I also added cantilever posts to this frame and got it powder coated.

Adventure School Bike

A custom long-tail built by cutting the rear end off of a mountain bike and welding a new rear triangle with integrated rack and center stand. The rack supports a slider which can be engaged against the rear wheel to spin a variety of attachments. Here you see the blender attachment.

Another Front Rack

The latest version of the welded front rack brazed onto an old cruiser frame. This one features rack supports which angle in to meet an extra frame tube brazed in for added strength.

Pannier Hooks

Stainless steel pannier hooks made for local pannier makers Swift Industries. I make these in batches of 200.

Frame Repair

I'm experienced in many aspects of frame repair and braze-ons. Here's a short list of examples with prices. Feel free to ask about other repairs/braze-ons that aren't listed here.

  • Dropout replacement (single): $75
  • Dropout replacement (both): $135
  • Cantilever bosses: $65
  • Rack braze-ons: $40
  • Pump peg: $25
I'm fully capable of doing any disassembly/assembly/repair necessary on your bicycle as a part of my work on it. For general bicycle repair I recommend visiting 20/20 Cycle (I also work there).

Powder coating

If you're looking for a durable, affordable paint job, powder coating may be the answer. I get almost everything I make powder coated. Whether you want your bicycle repainted after a repair, or you have some piece that I haven't even worked on, we can batch it together for convenience of delivery and bulk pricing. Bicycle frames are $125. Everything else is on a case-by-case basis.

Here are before and after pictures of an old mountain bike on which I removed the U-brake posts, brazed on new cantilever posts, lowrider rack mounts, and a pump peg, and had the whole thing powder coated.

More fun stuff coming soon!
